Role Overview
As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to drive market growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will play a critical role in Kuda’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing business expansion initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and identifying high-growth opportunities across multiple regions. This role requires strong analytical, operational, and project management skills to navigate market entry challenges and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for Kuda in new and existing regions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and local business dynamics. 
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends across various geographies. 
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and industry players, to drive Kuda’s growth. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor Kuda’s products and services to different markets. 

Operations & Process Optimization 

  • Oversee and improve operational workflows to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, and Customer Support) to ensure seamless execution of expansion plans. 
  • Identify and implement process automation and optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency. 

Strategic Initiatives & Execution

  • Support high-impact projects, including product launches, partnerships, and new service rollouts across multiple markets.
  • Analyze key business metrics and develop data-driven insights to enhance business performance.
  • Assist in the formulation of financial and operational models to support expansion initiatives
