Job Description

As a Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and strategy to development and launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will be on our Fintech and E-commerce products, ensuring they align with market needs, business objectives, and customer expectations.  

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
  
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, translating requirements into user stories.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
  
• Analyze product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in software product management.
  
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.  
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.  
  
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Experience in Fin-tech or E-commerce domains is a plus.
