The Opportunity:


As a Product Manager at LJI, you will Develop, Own, and Execute the product roadmap. By leveraging the understanding of customer experience and competitive market, you will lead and make strategic product decisions to achieve vision and defined goals for our SaaS product.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Building a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, and ensure these insights are prioritized and incorporated in the product
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and garner support for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Executing all product lifecycle processes, viz.., product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product goals, defining the go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions
  • Managing release timelines across multiple product modules by developing, implementing, and maintaining them.
  • Preparing product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and return on investment.
  • Collaborating with UX designers, Engineers, Production, Sales and Marketing teams on the development, QA, and release of products


We are looking for:


This position requires a self driven strategic thinker with exceptional communication, problem solving and leadership skills.


Additionally, you must have


  • A strong customer focus with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills to support product strategy.
  • An MBA with majors in Marketing(preferred) from a Premium B-School(a MUST) with a degree in Engineering (Computer Science stream preferred)
  • Upto 2 years of relevant work experience in product development lifecycle, and agile methodologies especially within Technology or SaaS companies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
