Description

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our Avatar World game. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including concept artists, game designers, graphics designers, and animators, you will drive the creation of captivating player experiences and features.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the fashion design department that aligns with overall company goals and KPIs.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.
  • Design and create mock-ups for new features, leveraging your strong sense of UX and visual design to enhance player engagement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure efficient development processes and successful product launches.
  • Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features, ensuring the game remains fresh, relevant, and competitive in the market.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders, game designers, concept artist graphics designers, animators, and fashion designers, to gather feedback and drive consensus on product direction.
  • Communicate effectively to articulate the rationale behind product decisions and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming or B2C industry.
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
  • Strong command of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch maintenance.
  • Proficiency in UX and visual design principles, with the ability to create compelling mock-ups and prototypes.
  • Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of building constructive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and rationale behind product decisions.
  • Excellent English - Spoken and written
  • A team player
