Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- 1 year experience in an investigative role: developing machine learnin based products or building machine learning based classification/ranking systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with Trust and Safety.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner with highly creative cross-functional teams looking to launch new product.
- Leverage ML and AI to build and maintain detection systems with immediate real world impact; test their performance, and iterate quickly.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, feature teams, legal, policy, operations, and UX, and other teams to build systems to enable safety.
- Advocate for user safety and contribute to the development of best practices, policies and process.
- Act as a subject matter expert on child safety risks.
