This role is for a Product Manager, Core to shape the future of core product offerings. Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core product, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • User Insights: Conduct user research and analyze data to understand customer behavior, identify pain points, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Feature Development: Prioritize and drive the development of new features, enhancements, and improvements to create a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to execute product initiatives effectively.
  • Community Focus: Build and nurture features that empower our user community and foster engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iteratively improve based on feedback.
  • Project Execution Oversight: Drive execution by managing timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring adherence to project plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product updates on time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer apps, social platforms, or community-driven products.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative solutions that resonate with users.
  • User-Centric: Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with product development processes and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments.
  • Background in launching and scaling social or community-based features.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

Compensation

The base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$188,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
