**The Opportunity:**

As one of our early product managers, you'll play an integral role in shaping the future of gaming. You'll partner closely with customers, marketing, design, and engineering to translate our ambitious product vision into a cohesive experience with strong product/market fit. You'll help define product practices that promote a culture of collaboration, authenticity, and excellence. More than that, you'll join a tight-knit team of repeat founders and seasoned operators in shaping the future of gaming. .

**In this role, we'll ask you to:**

* Write technical specs and requirements

* Conduct market research AND validate ideas quickly and directly with our customers

* Rally a small team of designers and engineers to build a winning product

* Bring together vision and a deep understanding of our customers to shape product features

* Drive user adoption through effective collaboration with marketing and other teams

* Stay up-to-date with our competitive landscape and emergent trends among our target audience

**We'd love to hear from you if:**

* You have experience as an early product hire at a fast moving startup

* You have a bias toward action, fast learning loops, and rapid iteration

* You're inclined to think of your product roadmap and decisions in terms of bets, ROI, and opportunity costs

* You have an entrepreneurial mindset

* You'd enjoy working in a dynamic and high-trust environment

**Nice to haves:**

* Experience or deep familiarity with the gaming industry

* Experience coaching junior product managers

* Leading scrum ceremonies
