As a Product Manager for Gen AI and BigQuery Migration at Google, you'll play a key role in developing and launching innovative solutions that leverage the power of AI to streamline data migration processes. You'll work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders to drive the product from conception to launch, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and aligns with our overall product strategy. You'll be responsible for defining the product direction, developing requirements, creating roadmaps, and building GTM plans. Your expertise in data warehousing, migration, and AI will be instrumental in building automation solutions that make the migration process seamless for our customers. Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML)
  • Experience building data warehousing solutions using Google Bigquery
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field
  • 5 years of experience in enterprise product management
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering
  • Experience with data warehousing, migration, and AI

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning (AI or ML).
  • Experience building data warehousing solutions using Google Bigquery.

Preferred qualifications:

In this role, you will propose new services, build the services, launch them, and successfully scale them along with existing services in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for one or more teams. 
  • Develop and secure buy-in for a product direction that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. 
  • Write product direction, strategy, requirements, and roadmap. Be data and user driven in all decisions.
  • Drive launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Build the launch and GTM plans to scale the product.
