Job Description

As a Product Manager in the gaming Business Unit (BU), you will be in charge of product roadmaps and the entire product lifecycle for specific product lines. You will work closely with channel partners, sales, Industrial Design (ID), engineering, marketing, and procurement teams. Your goal is to define and execute product strategies that enhance revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in product planning, business strategy, and project management. The role involves leading new product initiatives, market research, defining product requirements, managing product roadmaps, and analyzing product performance. Collaboration with sales and marketing for go-to-market strategies and communicating product plans to executive leadership is also essential.
Good To Have:
  • Deep knowledge of gaming mechanical keyboards or mouse.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in the PC, console or gaming industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

General Purpose:

As a Product Manager of gaming BU, you will be responsible for product roadmap and product lifecycle of designated product lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including channel, sales, ID, engineering, marketing, and procurement to define and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product planning, business strategy, and project management.

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Lead the development of new product initiatives, from ideation to launch
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development
  • Develop product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle of existing products
  • Analyze market and product performance data to make data-driven product decisions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches
  • Communicate product plans and progress to executive leadership

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in PC, console or gaming industry, 3+ years of PM role
  • Deep knowledge of gaming mechanical keyboard or mouse is a plus
  • Team player, able to communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes challenging environment
  • Detail oriented, process driven and great problem solving skills
