As a Product Manager I, Search at Google, you'll guide products from conception to launch, bridging technical and business needs. You'll break down complex problems, driving product development. You will own the end-to-end product experience for Web Answer features on Search, test new designs for Search Results Page features, and collaborate with Search teams to improve feature usability. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance. You'll impact billions globally by reimagining information search, solving engineering challenges, and expanding infrastructure while maintaining accessibility and usability.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years product management or related technical role
  • 1 year experience taking products from conception to launch
  • Own end-to-end product experience for Web Answer features
  • Work with cross-functional teams
Good to have:
  • 2 years cross-functional experience
  • Experience driving design iterations and user research
  • Experience working as a peer to engineering teams
  • Portfolio of high-priority projects

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience driving design iterations and user research.
  • Experience working as a peer to engineering teams evaluating trade offs of technical decisions and infrastructure.
  • Portfolio of high priority projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product experience for Web Answer features on Search .
