Google Search is seeking a Product Manager I to own the end-to-end product experience for Web Answer features. Responsibilities include testing new design directions for features on the Search Results Page, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure features are user-friendly, and guiding products from conception to launch. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product management experience, a year of experience launching technical products, and a strong understanding of user research and design iterations. This role requires working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance, and involves making impactful contributions to a product used by billions worldwide.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience driving design iterations and user research.
  • Experience working as a peer to engineering teams evaluating trade offs of technical decisions and infrastructure.
  • Portfolio of high priority projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
