We are seeking an experienced iPaaS Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Darwinbox. As an iPaaS Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and growth of our iPaaS platform, which enables deep API management functionalities & seamless integration between Darwinbox HRMS and any other on-premise / cloud applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to deliver a market-leading product that meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our iPaaS platform, aligning with the overall company vision and business goals.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and work closely with the Integrations Delivery team to identify and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Product Road mapping: Translate gathered requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to drive the development and delivery of new product features and enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in the iPaaS space, providing insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Product Releases: Closely collaborate with Engineering in the planning of product releases, driving adoption post-release. Define key product metrics and regularly analyze data to evaluate the success of product features, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience in a SaaS-based company, preferably with a focus on iPaaS or integration products. Experience of having worked hands-on with an iPaaS product will be an added advantage. Alternatively, experience in integration design and delivery for complex projects utilizing IPAAS platforms like Workato / Mulesoft / Boomi / Informatica / Workday Studio / SAP Cloud Integration is also preferred. Technical Aptitude: Strong technical understanding of iPaaS, APIs, integration concepts, and cloud-based applications, enabling effective communication with engineering teams and understanding of complex requirements.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Leadership and Collaboration : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence decision-making, and foster collaboration in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customers and their integration challenges, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in an Agile product management environment.
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree and (mandatory) prior experience in product management
- Graduate/MBA degree and (optional) prior experience in product management
- A background in or understanding of software development and web technologies would be an added advantage
