Team Introduction Information System is based on the needs of the company's internal system construction and responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval and other internal systems, demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation and maintenance of the company. Responsibilities - Connect with business needs, understand requirements, drive demand conversion and implementation, and improve system efficiency; - Research industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and develop forward-looking product strategies to drive continuous product optimization; - Design related products, including demand solutions, prototypes, and product iteration plans, and prepare documents like PRDs, white papers, and user manuals; - Manage the full product lifecycle, including project initiation, lifecycle planning, R&D scheduling, testing, release, and risk management; - Lead and manage a team, ensuring goal alignment, fostering collaboration, driving performance, and overseeing operations.

Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product design and management; - Proven experience in team leadership, driving performance, and managing operations to achieve organizational goals; - Strong skills in demand-driven product development, project management, and operations; - Experience in enterprise management systems (legal, finance, procurement, human resource, etc.); - Excellent logical reasoning to translate business pain points into product requirements and system functionality, with a growth mindset and modular product thinking. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field; - Well versed in claims and litigation, contracts, governance and tax, intellectual property, patent and trademark work (from invention to filing/maintenance), internal and external investigations, and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures; - Rigorous logic, ability to understand business needs, modular product thinking, and capable of independently completing the product requirement document.
