As a (Payments) Product Manager, you will manage payment products across various Stake brands, aligning them with business goals and market trends. This includes overseeing the product backlog, integrating and executing payment features, and ensuring successful project delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party providers.

Your role with us:
Your day-to-day will consist of overseeing payments product roadmaps, managing payments backlog, and triaging payments product defects - all while also managing both internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Additionally, you will be the driver of designing and delivering new product features and enhancements, be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of payment provider integration, manage go-to-market planning, delivery timelines, and communications on new products/feature updates and be involved in post-product launch monitoring and optimisation.

What you will do:

• Manage Payments product roadmap
• Manage Payments backlog
• Triage Payments product defects
• Internal Stakeholder Management & Third-party Vendor Management 
• Drive the design and delivery of new product features and enhancements
• Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of payment provider integration
• Manage go-to-market planning, delivery timelines, and communications on new products/feature updates 
• Monitor industry trends and conduct competitor analysis
• Post product launch monitoring and optimisation

What you will bring:

• Product management experience 
• Project and delivery management proficiency 
• Exceptional communication capabilities - being able to engage and manage internal Stakeholders and multiple 3rd party vendors 
• Global payments product expertise 
• Experience in third-party integration (especially with payment gateways and processors). 

Bonus points if you also have:

• Basic technical knowledge - familiarity with technical concepts related to payment systems, APIs, and integrations. 
• Experience in Product management, particularly in global Payments, Fintech, or E-Commerce.
