This role involves being the product owner of Moka POS, ensuring the delivery of critical initiatives and shaping product nature in collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will represent the end-user, gather feedback, write specifications, create wireframes, and demo features. The ideal candidate will define clear requirements, deliver features with precision, and conceptualize adaptable solutions. A data-driven approach to product development is expected, along with defining and driving a team roadmap with stakeholders. Proficiency in data querying is a plus.

About the Role

If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly analytical team and have an opportunity to dive deep into projects surrounding product development, look no further. We seek a technical product manager to help drive the next stage of Value-Added Services offerings for SME merchants in Indonesia.

This role is a product owner of Moka POS, which will help the Moka team to ensure the delivery of critical initiatives. Working closely with the engineering and design team, you’ll shape the nature of our products to ensure our customers can sell and grow. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the Moka POS business within GoTo Financial’s Merchant Services organization.

What You Will Do

    • Represent the end user of your product, understand them & drive the product solutions to solve this end user problem
    • Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and demo them early and often.
    • Define clear and well-scoped requirements and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences, also be detailed.
    • Deliver features. You put things on paper, get your hands dirty, and execute with precision to make sure products and features are launched.
    • Understand that “one size doesn’t fit all” and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible. 
    • Deep dive into data and identify the right problem statements and the right segments to target and take an experimentation-driven product development approach. 
    • Define and drive a roadmap for the team in collaboration with stakeholders from Engineering, Design, Research, Business, and Operations to build a solid world-class product.

What You Will Need

    • Have at least 3-5 years of product management experience. Having experience in the POS or Payment industry is a plus.
    • Skilled at working with a wide variety of stakeholders
    • Strong communication skills, the ability to summarize complex and technical topics to a wide range of audiences. You also know how to build trust, set goals, and get things done. You aren’t afraid of using whatever channel (face-to-face or email)
    • You are a self-starter, you love to understand systems inside out, and you make it your mission to deliver quality products
    • A “Can-Do” Attitude: a positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments. We move fast!
    • Proficiency in data querying is a plus
