Job Description

Grendel is seeking a Product Marketer to launch their new healthcare serious game, Laptitude. The role involves developing compelling content and marketing assets for Laptitude, writing and publishing content for various platforms, coordinating visual asset production, and managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Responsibilities also include overseeing website performance and maintenance, improving user experience, creating and optimizing landing pages, analyzing user behavior using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity, and implementing SEO best practices. The role also entails writing and distributing press releases, representing the company at conferences, engaging with potential customers, and utilizing AI tools for content creation while preserving originality. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Affinity Designer, WordPress (Elementor), SEO, SEA, and generative AI tools is required.

Must Have:
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for a product-focused content marketer to launch our new healthcare serious game, Laptitude, and help position it successfully in the surgical and healthcare industries.

Your role will include:

Content & Campaigns

  • Develop compelling content and marketing assets specifically for Laptitude.
  • Write, edit, and publish content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Coordinate with in-house and external designers/developers to produce visual assets (videos, GIFs, infographics, etc.).
  • Set up and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, targeting niche audiences.

Website & SEO

  • Oversee the performance and maintenance of our websites and webshop (WordPress/WooCommerce).
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve UX and technical performance.
  • Create and optimise landing pages.
  • Use GA4, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Search Console to analyse user behaviour and improve content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure strong organic visibility.

Data & Reporting

  • Present campaign insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement.

Partnerships & PR

  • Write and distribute press releases to promote Laptitude and other key initiatives.

Community & Events

  • Coordinate and represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Engage with potential customers and stakeholders both in-person and online.

Innovation & AI Integration

  • Use AI tools to support content creation and campaign workflows—while preserving originality and strategic intent.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, and bring creative applications into our brand and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Completed education in a relevant field or relevant experience as a content or social media marketer.
  • 3+ years of experience in a content-related role.
  • Experience in creating visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud or Affinity Designer.
  • Experience working with WordPress (Elementor).
  • Good understanding of SEO and SEA.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in copywriting with a focus on clarity, engagement, and driving conversions.
  • Experience in newsletter marketing (bonus).
  • Demonstrated understanding and ethical application of generative AI tools for content ideation and creation.
  • Ability to translate product features into clear, customer-centric benefits.
  • Experience or strong interest in product marketing, ideally within the healthcare or B2B tech sector (bonus).
