As the Product Marketer for Motive’s Integrated Operations Platform, you will own the go-to-market strategy, working on launches for new product lines. This role is critical in positioning Motive as the industry leader. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans, driving product launches, defining positioning, messaging, and value propositions. You'll also create sales collateral and training materials. The role requires collaboration with various teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth, including understanding industry trends and acting as the voice of the customer. You will work with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions and develop co-marketing initiatives.
Must have:
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing.
  • Experience marketing to CTO/CISO persona (preferred).
  • Translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • Proven track record in GTM strategies and sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

About the Role:

As the Product Marketer for Motive’s Integrated Operations Platform, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our integrated platform product offering, as well as working on launches for new product lines within the platform such as Workforce Management. This role is critical in positioning Motive as the industry leader for integrated operations and AI technology and we are seeking a candidate who is a master storyteller with proven ability to communicate compelling differentiated product stories. You will have strong attention to detail, execute efficiently, and be fluent in using data to drive decision-making. You’ll also be an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships across teams as this role requires you to work cross-functionally with product management, demand generation, communications, enablement and other teams to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for Motive’s Integrated Operations Platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Drive new product launches and feature releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout. 
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with key audiences, and differentiate Motive’s AI platform capabilities in a competitive landscape. 
  • Leverage data and customer insights to refine messaging, pricing, and product strategy.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to enable the sales team to effectively position and sell Motive’s Integrated Platform and AI technology. 
  • Develop materials to effectively sell to the CTO/CISO persona and messaging for the more technical aspects of the Motive Platform such as cross product tooling, architecture, security posture, enterprise readiness, etc. 
  • Collaborate with demand generation and content marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation. 
  • Build a deep understanding of industry trends, pain points, and buyer personas. 
  • Identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion. 
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that product development aligns with market needs. 
  • Work closely with Product Managers to influence roadmap decisions based on customer feedback and market insights. 
  • Collaborate with channel and partnership teams to develop co-marketing initiatives that expand Motive’s reach in the equipment monitoring space. 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing or B2B marketing. 
  • Experience of marketing to CTO/CISO persona is strongly preferred. 
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling customer benefits. 
  • Proven track record in driving GTM strategies, messaging, and sales enablement for enterprise or mid-market products. 
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a strategic perspective. 
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly to shifting market dynamics and organizational priorities.
