As Product Marketing Manager at GOALS, you’ll be at the forefront of our go-to-market strategy, leading the charge on campaigns that bring our brand and product to life for players around the world. This is a hands-on role where creativity meets execution - you’ll own the full campaign lifecycle from idea to impact.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and who’s eager to build and scale marketing efforts across new and integrated channels. You’ll work across brand, product, and community to identify key target segments, develop resonant messaging, create high-impact content, establish performance tracking, and continuously iterate based on insights.
This is a role for a smart, creative self-starter who loves rolling up their sleeves and making things happen. Most importantly, you have a deep passion for gaming and esports, and you’re excited to shape how GOALS connects with the world.
This is a hands-on role where you create a next-level experience for our players together with our small marketing team of one community manager, one content producer, and a performance marketing specialist.
You are the guardrail to the brand standards and take responsibility for making all aspects of the game align with them, from music to kits. Successful candidates will have a solid marketing track record with a steady progression of increased responsibility and impact. You have demonstrated your ability to define clear goals and develop creative, high-impact marketing initiatives to achieve those goals, grounded in a deep understanding of the target audience and of partners in the ecosystem.
The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
