Job Summary

Job Description

The Product Marketing Manager will support the product vision by helping with specification of game pillars, target audience research, and marketing POV. They will also help define marketing plans, drive the creation of marketing materials, and keep stakeholders updated. Developing influencer marketing plans, automating market knowledge, and setting clear goals aligned with company objectives are crucial responsibilities. The manager will also set team developmental goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback. The role requires a deep understanding of game design, analytics, and the ability to foster cross-department collaboration and lead teams.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager.
  • Experience with both new games and live-ops for older games.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Knowledge of game design and development.

  • Support the product vision by helping with specification of game pillars, target audience research, and marketing POV
  • Help with the marketing plans definition in collaboration with all relevant in-house experts and departments, to increase installs and promote brand awareness
  • Drive and guide the creation of marketing material - organic creatives, storefronts, social, etc.
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders up to date on marketing beats to foster alignment
  • Develop an influencer marketing plan, community management, partnership and any other potential marketing venture meant to increase our organic installs
  • Develop, automate and distribute market knowledge and benchmark
  • Develop ”lessons learned” and “next steps” based on distribution and product data
  • Set clear goals and expectations, aligned with the company goals
  • Set clear team developmental goals, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback and support teams growth
  • Knowledge in the areas of game design and development, performance marketing, and the production of creative assets
  • Knowledge and passion for video games ranging from hardcore titles to casual social games, and for entertainment as a whole
  • Good understanding of analytics, including its benefits and limitations
  • Good communication skills, and willingness to put time and effort into fostering cross-department collaborations
  • Ability to build relationships with superiors and colleagues alike
  • Solution-oriented, positive attitude
  • Creative and analytical skills in equal measure
  • Strong managerial and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • 4+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager at a mobile gaming company.
  • Experience working both on new games and on updates and live-ops for older games.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams
