Product Marketing Manager

• Commercial Product Development:
• Analyze the Iberoamerica market to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs that inform the development of commercial products and features
• Drive the integration of El Médico Interactivo into the Medscape Network, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations
• Product Management
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including kick-offs, product vision, documentation, pricing, positioning, reporting, and operational project management
• Formalize and standardize product specifications across offerings to ensure consistency and scalability
• Collaborate with Technical Product, Engineering, Editorial, Member Marketing, Account Management, and Ad Implementation teams to deliver product innovations and enhancements
• Operational Excellence: 
• Develop and implement efficient operational delivery processes to scale product best practices across teams
• Provide internal guidance and training to ensure seamless execution of product strategies
• Go-To-Market Strategy
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to create go-to-market strategies that address customer needs, market trends, and country-specific regulatory requirements
• Establish clear value propositions for products and develop compelling sales support materials and customer-facing collateral

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital product management, ideally with a premium publisher, ad tech company, healthcare publisher, health digital agency, or pharma digital team
• Proven track record in defining and operationalizing requirements for large-scale, complex digital products or systems across web and mobile platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill market intelligence into actionable insights
• Excellent problem-solving, relationship management, and communication skills, with a history of influencing cross-functional teams
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (working proficiency required)

• Experience with Tableau and Ad Servers is a plus
• Familiarity with healthcare and pharmaceutical digital ecosystems is highly desirable

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
