Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Hike, you'll connect products with the right audiences. You'll be responsible for creating and executing go-to-market strategies, working with product and brand teams to define customer segments, craft value propositions, and develop content and campaigns. Your goal is to drive demand, adoption, and satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, leveraging market research, leading go-to-market activities for new products/features, serving as the customer voice internally, staying ahead of industry trends, creating product-focused content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, building relationships with influencers, and tracking campaign performance. The role requires strong experience in launching and scaling products with a focus on positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing go-to-market strategies for our products. You will work closely with the product and brand teams to define customer segments, craft clear value propositions, and develop content and campaigns that highlight our products’ unique advantages. Your goal is to drive demand, adoption, and satisfaction among our users, while ensuring that our products stand out in a competitive market.

Here are the skills & experience we are looking for.. ⚙️ 

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in gaming or Consumer-tech(B2C)
  • Customer-Centric: Proven track record of creating customer-centric product marketing strategies.
  • Data-driven: Skilled in analyzing customer insights, market trends, and product performance to drive decisions.
  • Innovative: Ability to think creatively to develop compelling product stories that capture audience interest.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working closely with product, sales, and brand teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Go-to-Market Expertise: Strong experience in launching and scaling products, with a focus on positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation.
  • Metrics-Focused: Comfortable using key performance indicators to measure success and refine strategies.
  • Creative Comms: Ability to work closely with creative and design teams to create compelling marketing assets (videos, social content, push notifications, in-app banners, blog posts, email templates, etc.)
  • Marketing Tools: Must have knowledge of tools like Clevertap, Branch, and other relevant tools for marketing.

  • Strategy → Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive product adoption and growth.
  • Strategy → Leverage market research and user feedback to refine product positioning and ensure relevance in the market.
  • Strategy → Lead go-to-market activities for new product/product feature launches, ensuring they are impactful and well-received by target audiences.
  • Strategy → Serve as the customer voice internally, gathering insights to enhance product and marketing alignment.
  • Strategy → Stay ahead of industry trends to implement cutting-edge marketing strategies and ensure product competitiveness.
  • Operations → Create product-focused content that resonates with customers, including blog posts, emails, landing pages, and sales materials.
  • Operations → Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment across all product touchpoints.
