Job Description

Moon Active seeks a Product Monetization Manager to drive revenue growth and optimize user experience. Responsibilities include crafting and optimizing monetization strategies, planning and implementing daily events and promotions, focusing on player retention and lifetime value, A/B testing content, and collaborating with various teams (Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations, Designers, Economists). The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and communication skills, experience working with diverse teams, and a background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Growth Management. Proven project execution and ownership are essential. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration) is required.

We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Monetization Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists. 

Responsibilities

  • Craft and optimize custom, effective and strategic plans that can help reach business targets.
  • Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
  • Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value
  • A/B test content and analyze their performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Economy, Design, Product, Technical Operations and Analytics teams to execute top quality monthly events and promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven analytical competencies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with many stakeholders and different teams
  • Background in Product Management, Data Analysis, Sales, Digital Marketing or Growth Management. 
  • Proven experience in execution and full ownership of projects
  • Interest in mobile games
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management or Business Administration.
