Job Responsibilities :

This role involves working closely with the Razer Gold Game Services team to provide improved and enhanced game operations to our partners in the gaming industry.

The position involves managing game operations and campaigns to expand our partners' game publishing operations in emerging regions (SEA, LATAM, and MENA).

The role entails leading multi-disciplinary, cross-regional Art & Marketing Teams to simultaneously develop Best-in-Class game operations for multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan & Execute integrated Product Roadmap consisting of updates and activities.

• Work management to identify product strategy and activities.

• Analyse and forecast game performance using daily statistics.

• Play both internal and competitor products to provide comparative analyses.

• DRIVE game operation together with the producer, programmers, and artists.

• COMMUNICATE to everyone about the product vision before implementation.

• Constantly PLAY, REVIEW and VERIFY the implementation of events.

Pre-Requisites :

• 7+ years’ experience in the online or mobile games industry

• Good understanding of Free-to-Play Online Mobile Games, Mechanics, & Monetization Strategies.

• Experience in design user flow, feature specification, UI wireframe, data sheet and presentation.

• Experience in data-backed and process-driven and data analytic as tools.

• Experience in relevant game community management
