Job Description

Varonis seeks a Product Operations Manager to streamline product operations, optimize processes, and support the product management team. Responsibilities include executing operational strategies, improving processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, managing projects, tracking KPIs, fostering continuous improvement, and managing systems (TFS, Salesforce, Jira, etc.). The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in product operations or project management in a large-scale software development organization, experience with SaaS/Cloud products, and proficiency in various project management practices (Agile, Waterfall). Strong communication, organizational, and execution capabilities are essential. A background in network or cybersecurity is a significant advantage.

We are searching for a Product Operations Manager to join a fast-paced environment and take the Varonis product team to new heights.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for streamlining product operations, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting the product management team in delivering exceptional products to market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy Execution: Execute and drive the implementation of operational strategies to support product development and delivery.
Process Optimization: Identify, analyze, and improve product-related processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless product operations.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to inform decision-making and improve product performance.
Project Management: Oversee product-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product operations.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all product operations.
Systems Administration: Manage and administer systems to support the product management group, including tools such as TFS, Salesforce Jira, LMS and others.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in product operations, project management within a large-scale software development organization
Experience in SaaS/Cloud products.
Experience in different project management practices (Agile frameworks, Waterfall, etc.)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling
Practical experience with the product development lifecycle, product planning, tools, principles, and practices
Practical experience with information systems (TFS, Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
Proven execution capabilities and ability to manage non-direct reports.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
PMP course/certification – advantage.
Background in Network or Cyber Security domains - a significant advantage
