What You Will Do:
- Operational Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the day-to-day product operations for AI solutions and platform management, ensuring smooth delivery, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of task crowd sourcing platforms, ensuring performance, scalability, and adaptability to evolving business requirements.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including AI service providers and platform vendors, negotiating contracts, overseeing performance, and ensuring delivery according to SLAs and business needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics to monitor product performance, assess operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in both platform and AI solution delivery.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product operations, with a focus on AI solutions, platform management, or technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience in managing vendors with a strong understanding of vendor relations in a technology or AI context.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with AI technologies, platforms, and models, with the ability to understand and operationalize AI-driven product offerings.
- Experience with platform management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Project Management:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across various departments.
- Ability to explain complex AI and platform-related concepts in a simple and clear way for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with regulatory compliance related to AI solutions (e.g., data privacy, AI ethics).
