Join us and be part of creating Monopoly World – an innovative mobile game that brings the classic board game to life in the real world. We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Owner with a strong background in LiveOps Management and Game Design. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile games, ensuring long-term success and player engagement. You'll bridge creative vision and business objectives, driving features from conception through launch, focusing on LiveOps for player retention and monetization, and thoughtful game design.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with F2P (Free-to-Play) mobile game monetization models.
  • Previous experience as a Game Designer or System Designer.
  • A genuine passion for mobile games and a deep understanding of player psychology.
Must Have:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive LiveOps strategies to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize in-game events, promotions, content releases, and feature rollouts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and development teams for seamless LiveOps execution.
  • Monitor key LiveOps KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead the ideation, definition, and prioritization of new game features, systems, and content updates.
  • Translate product requirements into detailed game design specifications and user stories.
  • Champion innovative game mechanics and monetization strategies that enhance player experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define and own the product roadmap for assigned games, aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product decisions.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate hypotheses and optimize game performance.
  • Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior leadership.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to monitor game performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish frameworks for measuring product success.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product development and LiveOps optimization.
  • Act as a central hub of communication between development, marketing, art, QA, and community teams.
  • Foster a collaborative and agile environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

We're looking for a highly skilled and strategic Product Owner with a strong background in LiveOps Management and Game Design to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our mobile games, ensuring their long-term success and player engagement. You'll bridge the gap between creative vision and business objectives, driving features from conception through launch and beyond, with a particular focus on how LiveOps can enhance player retention and monetization, and how thoughtful game design underpins all our efforts.

We're on the lookout for a Product Owner & LiveOps Game Designer to join our team on-site at our Kraków office, set within the iconic Old Kraków Train Station. This one-of-a-kind location offers an inspiring and collaborative environment that reflects the tight-knit, creative spirit of our team. Responsibilities:

  • LiveOps Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive LiveOps strategies to maximize player engagement, retention, and monetization across our mobile game portfolio.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize in-game events, promotions, content releases, and feature rollouts, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, community, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of LiveOps campaigns.
  • Monitor key LiveOps KPIs (e.g., daily active users, retention, ARPPU, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Game Design & Feature Ownership:
  • Lead the ideation, definition, and prioritization of new game features, systems, and content updates, with a strong user-centric approach.
  • Translate product requirements into detailed game design specifications and user stories, working closely with designers, artists, and engineers.
  • Champion innovative game mechanics and monetization strategies that enhance the player experience while achieving business goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile gaming landscape.
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
  • Define and own the product roadmap for assigned games, aligning it with company-wide strategic objectives and market opportunities.
