This role is a Product Owner/Solutions Architect for Automotive, focusing on the development and maintenance of generic software modules for classic and adaptive AUTOSAR. Responsibilities include program management, leading engineering teams (locally and remotely), acting as scrum master, overseeing project delivery, stakeholder management, and building centers of expertise. The position requires experience in AUTOSAR, specifically Ethernet Diagnostics, Remote Software Update, and other related functionalities. The successful candidate will manage a team of 15+ engineers, conduct scrum ceremonies, and contribute to the development of AUTOSAR platform software for millions of vehicles.

Project description

The ECU is a state-of-the-art ADAS ECU with feature Development and Maintenance of generic software modules for both classic AUTOSAR and adaptive AUTOSAR. These modules are integrated into 30+ ECUs from different Tier1 & TIer2s with different stacks to run an OEM specific diagnostics and enhanced functionalities on top of AUTOSAR We are providing expert AUTOSAR solutions to our client in the following areas: Ethernet Diagnostics, Remote Software Update, Snapshot Recorder, Crowd Data Collector, Diagnostics Response handler, Onboard Diagnostics Manager, Emission Diagnostics Control Handler and more. Join our international team of developers located around the world, the existing team size is 5 people which we want to extend to 7 and work on an essential AUTOSAR Platform Software which will run in 30+ ECUs in millions of premium vehicles.

Responsibilities

Program Management

Set up and develop engineering team (both local and distributed)

Work as a product owner and a scrum master for the team

Oversee delivery for several projects, support ramp-up and growth of automotive business

Provide day-to-day leadership, management and coordination of all activities including goal setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation and assignments, project & program health and reporting, and problem resolution.

Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and at a customer side to ensure transparent and efficient collaboration

Collaborate closely with technical experts, delivery organizations, to establish strong centers of expertise around key automotive offerings of Luxoft.

Build, develop and oversee multiple clusters of technology professionals in India and around the world

People management and career development advisory for growing professionals in automotive area

Maintain P&L for the projects

Drive a team of 15+ engineers on classic AUTOSAR integration on AURIX TC3x Micro

Work as a product owner and a scrum master for the team

Support the team on classic AUTOSAR work planning and technical coordination between different squads

Drive the project to do classic autosar base software configuration, integration of communication, diagnostics, mode management etc.

Conduct SCRUM Ceremonies

Be involved in PI Planning

Understand which features from PI are going to be specific to the SQUAD

Sprint Planning according to Team Capacity

Ensure that work is estimated in SP and added to Sprint

Report Sprint Scope Creep

Report on Sprint Velocity

Log and Maintenance of JIRA Risks and Impediments

JIRA Custom Dashboard Creation
