Job Description

As a Senior Producer at People Can Fly, you'll facilitate and improve internal development processes, collaborate with leads and directors on game features, manage development teams, and create realistic schedules. You'll work with internal and external teams, mitigate risks, and present options to production leads. The role requires strong project management, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, along with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You'll manage cross-disciplinary teams, working on AAA multi-platform titles, and ensure alignment on priorities.
Must have:
  • 5+ years production experience (or 7 in IT/3D animation)
  • Shipped at least one AAA multi-platform title
  • Managed 20+ person teams
  • Exceptional project & leadership skills
  • Agile & Waterfall methodology knowledge

Job Description

  • Faciliter et améliorer les processus de développement à l’interne.
  • Collaborer avec les responsables et les directeurs pour gérer la production des fonctionnalités de notre jeu.
  • Superviser les équipes de développement et mettre en avant leurs besoins.
  • Travailler avec d’autres producteurs afin d’établir des échéanciers réalistes et d’atténuer les risques et les obstacles.
  • Travailler avec des groupes internes durant le processus de développement et communiquer avec l’éditeur et les fournisseurs externes.
  • Gérer des équipes de développement interdisciplinaires et défendre leurs besoins.
  • Travailler avec d'autres producteurs pour créer des calendriers réalistes, identifier les dépendances et s'aligner sur les priorités.
  • Identifier les risques potentiels liés aux différentes solutions et comprendre les avantages et les inconvénients de chaque option. Présenter clairement les options au responsable de la production

Qualifications

  • 5 ans d'expérience ou plus dans un rôle de production dans l'industrie du jeu (ou 7 ans dans le domaine de l'informatique ou de l'animation 3D).

  • Expérience en développement de fonctionnalités multidisciplinaires (de bout en bout), Gestion de plusieurs producteurs, jusqu'à 3, 50-75 personnes 3 ans d'expérience ou plus dans la gestion des relations avec les partenaires, les clients et/ou les consommateurs.
  • Comprendre la situation dans son ensemble / être capable d'assurer la liaison entre les équipes et de travailler dans l'intérêt général / être capable de comprendre les priorités de haut niveau.
  • Aptitude à créer un plan/calendrier de production et à l'exécuter conformément aux objectifs établis.
  • A réalisé un cycle de produit à ce niveau.
