Job Description

As an Associate Producer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day and organizational operations of a team under your supervision, ensuring the transmission of the overall vision of the titles and quality requirements. You will regularly monitor and manage the progress of projects in depth to ensure the team meets deadlines and maintain efficient communication and coordination with all departments involved, both within the game team and with support teams. You will convert short- and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all functions (artistic, design, technical, and QA). You will establish deliverables, quality objectives, and key milestones in roadmaps and timelines, supported by development strategies. You will develop workflows and pipelines. You will anticipate risks and put in place action plans to overcome them.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Production role, ideally in the video game industry
  • Experience in planning and project management, with Agile, Scrum production methods
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with JIRA and/or other task and bug management software
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

Relevant de la Productrice du projet, vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations quotidiennes et organisationnelles d'une équipe sous votre supervision, en veillant sur la transmission de la vision globale des titres et des exigences de qualité.

Responsabilités

    • Suivre et gérer régulièrement l’état d’avancement des projets en profondeur afin d’assurer que l’équipe atteigne les objectifs dans les temps et maintenir une communication et une coordination efficace avec tous les départements impliqués, que ce soit au sein de l’équipe de jeu ou avec les équipes support.  
    • Convertir les plans de développement à court et à long terme en actions concrètes pour toutes les fonctions (artistique, conception, technique et AQ).  
    • Établir les livrables, les objectifs de qualité et les étapes clés en feuille de route et calendrier, supporté par des stratégies de développement.  
    • Développer les flux de travail («workflows») et les pipelines.  
    • Anticiper les risques et mettre en place des plans d'action pour les surmonter. 

Expériences & Qualifications

    • 5+ années d’expérience pertinente dans un rôle en Production, idéalement dans l’industrie du Jeu vidéo; 
    • Expérience en planification et gestion de projet, avec des méthodes de production Agile, Scrum; 
    • Baccalauréat ou équivalence professionnelle; 
    • Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en présentation; 
    • Expérience avec JIRA et/ou d'autres logiciels de gestion de tâches et de bogues; 
    • Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques; 
    • Excellente communication écrite et verbale.
