Production Assistant

YOUR ROLE

Squeeze is looking for a Production Assistant to support the Production Coordinators in organizing and monitoring the production of his feature films and animated series. In collaboration with the Coordinator and under the supervision of the Producer, this person will ensure the smooth running of the production.

This is a short contract starting immediately, until mid-july

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing dailies and rounds;

• Plan the meetings;

• Take notes during production meetings and then writes detailed minutes;

• Participate in meetings with the client or with the team (internal dailies) and add comments in Shotgrid, under the supervision of the coordinator assigned to the department concerned;

• Maintain the production schedule set up by the coordinator or project manager;

• Replace the coordinator during vacations;

• Any other related duties to assist the team of coordinators and producers in the smooth running of the project.
