At CatFace, we’re seeking a dynamic Production Assistant to help us stay at the forefront of the fast-paced YouTube landscape. Reporting to the Roblox Channel Manager and Roblox Producer, this role involves creatively and efficiently preparing scripted content for videos while contributing to a collaborative, innovative team environment. We’re looking for passionate, self-driven individuals who thrive in today’s digital culture and align with our bold, ambitious company values. The ideal candidate will not only help produce engaging, high-quality content but also support the team’s growth by fostering skill development and adaptability in the ever-evolving world of viral video creation.

What You'll Do

• Work alongside members of the Roblox team to Video Edit, Idea-Gen, and Playtest Roblox Gaming Videos.
• Brainstorm ways to improve video quality using the tools at hand.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive knowledge of the Roblox platform.
• A genuine interest in Roblox/YouTube gameplay in general.
• Someone Proficient in Video Editing using Adobe Creative Suites.
• Ability to work both independently and with small teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment and shift gears at a moment's notice.
• Great and timely communication skills.
