- Drive a project from conception to finish
- Familiarity with how CRMs work
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience improving sales and/or field productivity
- Program and project management skills
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing functions
- Experience with sales program methodologies
- 10 years experience in relevant fields
- Experience in collecting and synthesizing data
- Salesforce.com (SFDC) experience
