Job Description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, organization, coordination, and successful delivery of work within the Global Marketing Services teams, including Brand & Proposition, Design, Research, and SEO/ASO. They will manage backlogs, create and maintain project plans, ensure cost approvals, prioritize tasks, create reports, and liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide guidance. The role involves managing deadlines, identifying potential resourcing issues, and maintaining communication on project statuses. The coordinator will also support team retrospectives and suggest improvements.

Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, organisation, coordination and successful delivery of the work produced in our Global Marketing Services teams (Brand & Proposition, Design, Research and SEO/ASO). 

You’ll follow our ways of working to ensure workflow is meticulously organised and our teams have backlogs of work ready. You'll also play a key role in creating reports and monitoring performance, ensuring we have up to date capacity and utilisation data to support decision making. 

 So, what will you be doing?

  • Developing and maintaining the backlogs within Global Marketing Services 
  • Managing the production of capacity and utilisation reporting.
  • Creating plans for projects. Maintaining plans across all teams, that are easy to access and always up to date.
  • Ensuring all work is estimated and costs signed off by stakeholders before work begins.
  • Prioritising projects and tasks in-line with the business strategic goals. Following the prioritisation method used within Global Marketing Services.
  • Supporting the development and use of tools to track the pipeline of GMS work against business goals.
  • Creating ad-hoc reports that can be used to offer visibility for any given project.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn those into effective briefs, give guidance and push back when further definition is needed.
  • Working with the teams to assign briefs according to capacity and priority.
  •  Supporting the planning of in-depth cross team projects with a good understanding of timings and dependencies.
  • Pre-empting and identifying potential resourcing issues caused by conflicting priorities and deadlines and work with the Production Managers to resolve.
  • Keeping stakeholders informed on project statuses and flag any risks or blockers.
  • Following the GMS stakeholder communication plan and ensure you provide a consistent service across our teams.
  • Developing close and constructive working relationships across the different areas of the business.
  • Supporting regular retrospectives to ensure constant improvements on our ways of working.
  • Suggesting process and workflow improvements.

  • Have a creative, imaginative mindset and be self-motivated, with a proven ability to meet deadlines, and motivate and support other team members to do the same.
  • Possess the ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities with a can-do friendly attitude.
  • Be able to manage multiple deadlines with a flexible approach to prioritisation and requirements.
  • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills and possess great interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the organisation at all levels.
  • Be logical, solution driven and process a flexible and adaptable approach to the changing demands and needs of the client.
  • Be forward thinking, have a willingness to learn and be quick to grasp new ideas and concepts.
