Description

Schedule all departments and manage dependencies between them.
Communicate with upstream and downstream departments to ensure projects stay on track.
Liaise with production and VFX supervisors to prioritise daily tasks.
Oversee shot management and assign tasks using Ftrack.
Maintain project awareness to identify and troubleshoot potential delays.
Organise dailies.
Follow up on Ftrack submissions for dailies.
Take detailed notes in meetings and follow up to ensure the completion of action points.
Assist with setting priorities for the render farm.
Set up and manage all Teams channels.
Manage all outsourced work I/O (Roto, CG, etc.).
Assist producers with delivery and versioning tasks as required.
Perform other ad hoc duties to support the overall production process.

Requirements

A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a production coordinator.
Ability to work under tight deadlines across multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to flag potential issues.
A solid work ethic and a positive attitude in challenging situations.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills.
Availability to work at least 3 days in the office per week.
Already living in the UK without visa requirements.

The London office has a boutique, home from home feel to it, whilst the Bristol office is a much larger, creative space. The creative work will be shared between the two sites allowing us to take on more work through either location while keeping that intimate feeling in London. Our aim is to be more cost effective and therefore better value, with the combined capacity of both offices no job is too big (or too small)

nineteentwenty was formed by producer Scott Griffin and Visual Effect Supervisor Ludo Fealy in 2013, with doors to the London office opening on the 6th of November 2013. The pair have over 40 years of visual effects experience between them, Scott having previously worked at Framestore CFC for 16 years and The Moving Picture Company (London and Vancouver), while Ludo had spent time at Rushes, Glassworks and The Moving Picture Company, with both of them picking up numerous awards along the way whilst working with the best Directors and agencies in the industry.
