Our in-house team of copywriters, creative strategists, designers, and production designers--many with top agency backgrounds--raise the bar for workplace culture as we build internal brands, create inspiring experiences, and develop communication seen by millions of employees around the world. We are seeking a talented Production Designer to join our team. We currently work on a hybrid work schedule, three days in office and two days working remotely.
Job description:
As part of our production team, you will be a key player helping to ensure the technical accuracy and quality of delivery for valuable, strategic, and original creative concepts for some of the biggest and best companies in the world.
Responsibilities:
You will work directly with creative strategists, creative directors, graphic designers and other team members to:
- Support creative team in development of new innovative deliverable templates that are customizable, repeatable and work within proprietary systems.
- Produce strategic campaigns that help our technology become an instinctive part of an employees' work life. Campaigns include print and digital content and communication, website assets, email, and video, etc.
- Participate and support all creative projects and validate all designs meet the technical capabilities of proprietary systems and make needed adjustments before sharing with clients.
- Solid understanding of industry standards for print and web development.
- Keen eye for design and matching pixel perfect details.
- Experience with both Mac and PC environments.
- Thorough knowledge of design layout principles and typography.
- Proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS, and aptitude to learn programming languages such as JavaScript and SQL.

Education and experience:
- Share examples of print and digital communication, and an explanation of the processes used in its production.
- 3-5 years of agency, design firm, or freelance production experience
- Expert understanding of print and digital media and processes
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
