Responsibilities
- Analyzing hardware/software configurations and conducting functional analyses.
- Supporting tear-down, installation, inspection, and identification of necessary repair parts/kits.
- Performing electrical and physical integration of subsystems and components.
- Conducting failure analysis and engineering design review for lifecycle cost reductions.
- Analyzing product changes and recommending component and vehicle testing.
- Delivering design analysis, layout, simulation, and design change recommendations for vehicle/product improvements.
Qualifications
- Secret Security Clearance
- A Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering from a college or university or four years of relevant production/supply chain experience in automotive or defense industry
- A minimum of two years of experience in any general engineering or quality discipline with coordination, execution, and support of DoD systems OR a minimum of four years experience as a user or subject matter expert of ground combat systems OR a minimum of one year Industry equivalent experience.
