Overwolf seeks a Production & Ops Manager to join its Brand Partnerships team. This role will streamline creative and strategy processes, oversee campaign production (ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality execution), manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with internal teams across various functions (strategy, design, production, sales, media). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or project management within tech, digital marketing, or advertising, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience supporting global teams and proficiency in project management tools are essential. A passion for gaming is a plus.

We're on the hunt for a Production & Ops Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.

As our Operations Overlord, you’ll be the mastermind behind streamlining processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.

Working closely with creative strategists, designers, and media experts, you'll make sure every campaign moves smoothly from sales presentation to execution.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Streamline creative and strategy processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Oversee campaign production, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, handling approvals, material transfers, and payments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, aligning strategy, design, production partners, sales, and media efforts to improve efficiency.
  • Drive collaboration and communication cross-functionally.
  • Manage and track creative resourcing and ensure the team is aligned to priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, production, project management, or a related field (in tech, digital marketing, or advertising).
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities – able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Experience supporting global teams and aligning processes across regions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Such as Monday.com).
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused – proactive, results-driven, and process-minded.

Bonus Points:

  • Passion for gaming (PC/Console) and an understanding of the gaming ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in damage control – ideally during campaign launches, not dungeon raids.
