The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the production scheduling, workflow management, mentoring, and maintaining crew morale for immersive stories. Responsibilities include collaborating with Creative Leads to meet production schedules and budgets, ensuring weekly quotas are met, developing department workflows, managing internal schedules, and creating productivity reports. This role also involves mentoring Production Coordinators and Assistants, providing performance feedback, managing conflicts, and representing the department in production meetings. The supervisor must maintain crew morale and drive solutions to any issues that impede the department's progress. The Production Supervisor also needs to ensure budget and scheduling are updated as changes are made to the film's production flow and/or staffing profile. Understands how changes may affect the budget, scheduling and overtime.
Must Have:- Meet overall production scheduling and budget requirements.
- Ensure weekly quotas, department milestones & inventory expectations are met.
- Develop and manage department workflow process.
- Develop and manage internal department schedules and staffing requirements.
- Create and maintains reports that clearly illustrate department and individual artist productivity.
- Primary production person within department and supervises and mentors Production Coordinators and Production Assistants for that dept.
- Responsible for maintaining crew morale.
- Represents Department in weekly production meetings.
