Quickbase also supports prototyping and application architecture Roles and Responsibility Program Manager, Agile Delivery About the Role We’re looking for a Program Manager, Agile Delivery to help drive execution for our Data and Enterprise Business Systems teams. In this role, you'll lead Agile ceremonies, manage team backlogs, and help connect business priorities to delivery outcomes—ensuring our data and systems initiatives stay on track and aligned to strategic goals. ________________________________________ Who You Are Strong Communicator & Facilitator: You excel at keeping teams aligned and stakeholders informed. Data-Curious: You’re not expected to be technical, but you're interested in learning more about how data and systems power decision-making. ________________________________________ Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in program management, Agile delivery, business analysis, or similar roles. Scrum Master certification (CSM) or Product Owner certification (CSPO). Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability. Familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar). Comfort working in technical environments and engaging with engineers, analysts, and system admins. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and balance multiple priorities. Experience in a SaaS, tech, or data-driven organization.
