Job Description

As a Program Manager I at Google's Pixel team, you'll lead complex projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively across teams. Responsibilities include supporting Pixel product launches, developing expertise in the Pixel portfolio to guide sales teams, ensuring clear communication of priorities, managing efficient processes for feedback and decision-making, leading team planning, improving cross-functional processes, and forging strong partnerships to align organizational plans and goals. This role requires experience in program management, ideally within consulting, investment banking, or strategy and operations, along with product development experience. Experience in hardware or software mobile development is preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Support product and launch responsibilities for the Pixel Portfolio. Develop subject matter expertise in Pixel product portfolio to guide sales team on partner engagement. 
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of priorities and processes to the broader organization on POR updates, planning dependencies. 
  • Manage efficient processes to enable timely feedback and decision-making. Lead the planning and narrative of the team in close collaboration with cross-functional partners. 
  • Improve processes by collaborating with cross-functional leaders to identify and address issues.  
  • Forge strong partnerships with other teams and functions to ensure alignment between organizational plans and goals.
