Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working in New Product Introduction (NPI) and hardware manufacturing for supply chain operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Science or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Engineering, Operations or a relevant field.
- 5 years experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge about hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.

Responsibilities
- Lead large cross-functional program teams within Google with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (e.g., material availability, cost/assembly/test/capacity readiness and transition plans).
- Motivate cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
