The Program Manager, Reverse Supply Chain Operations at Google will manage the operational aspects of reverse supply chain processes, including decommissioning network gear and replacing faulty parts. Responsibilities include driving operational metrics and KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, defining business requirements, developing systems and tools to enhance operational effectiveness, collaborating with internal/external partners, and implementing scalable reverse supply chain processes globally. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and people management skills, along with experience in supply chain planning and operations management.
Must have:
  • Operational management of reverse supply chain processes
  • Drive operational metrics and KPIs
  • Root cause analysis and performance gap closure
  • Define business requirements and develop systems/tools
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners
  • Implement scalable reverse supply chain processes
Good to have:
  • MBA in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 8 years of experience in operations roles, with Reverse Supply Chain Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain planning and operations management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in operations roles, with Reverse Supply Chain Operations.
  • Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and KPIs, with root cause issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Ability to deliver data driven/fact based analysis for business proposal, supply chain design, and supply risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, influence across multiple levels of the organization and shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for operational management of reverse supply chain processes such as decommissioning of network gear and replacement of damaged or faulty parts in the network.
  • Drive operational metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance. Conduct root cause analysis and close performance gaps.
  • Be responsible for defining the business requirements and contribute to developing both systems and tools that enable reverse supply chain operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal and external partners supporting the reverse supply chain operational activities.
  • Support development and implement reverse supply chain processes that scale to support the volume growth and in different locations globally.
