The Programmatic Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day team management, including onboarding and development of direct reports. They will communicate technical issues in a clear and understandable manner for a non-technical audience. They will also provide training on various aspects of programmatic advertising, such as troubleshooting deal delivery issues, creative specifications, and nuances across ad servers and DSPs. This role involves developing strategic relationships with business partners and vendors, managing the Indirect Demand Business, and overseeing the Indirect Demand Campaign Manager. Additionally, the Programmatic Manager will establish and improve workflows, processes, and goals for measuring and improving product output, and contribute to leadership meetings and strategic planning for the Sales Operations organization.
