As a Team Lead, you will guide a team of talented and inspired programmers responsible for developing essential technologies for Ubisoft’s most anticipated games. A typical day involves bringing your team together to discuss the progress of assigned tasks. You review notable bugs and determine the best approach to resolve them. You regularly communicate with leads from other disciplines to plan, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery. You actively participate in development alongside your team members every day. You keep your project manager informed of your mandates’ progress and meet with other leads—both from your project and others—to discuss process improvements and share technologies.
