Job Description

As a Project Controller at Devoteam, you will monitor resource utilization to ensure efficient deployment and maximum productivity. You will track and manage employee timesheets, participate in meetings to review resource allocation, and address any discrepancies promptly. You will also serve as a point of contact for employees regarding resource-related inquiries, monitor project KPIs, and assist in preparing project reports. This role is crucial for maintaining project efficiency and accuracy.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
0-2 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Participate in regular meetings with project teams to review resource allocation status.
Address any discrepancies or issues related to resource allocation or timesheets promptly.

Monitor the projects KPIs.
