The role typically follows a range of established procedures but has the freedom to prioritize workloads.

• Proficient and experienced with PMO policy & processes, while being required to evaluate the impact of actions and make decisions regarding risk/benefit.
• Manages own work and plans in terms of weeks or months.
• Possesses professional knowledge and expertise; assignments and projects are of limited scope and complexity; makes decisions within specific guidelines.
• Be responsible for change requests in existing studios.
• Be responsible for coordinating and planning the relocation of tables. ·
• Be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates and schedules for the tasks performed when needed.
• Execute projects from initiation to closure ·
• Update and report on projects
• Manage stakeholders 
• Support Project Managers with tasks within larger projects. ·
• Assist with internal and external communication.
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.

• BA in Technical / Business / Construction or Engineering field. ·
• Conceptual knowledge of PM theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline typically acquired through formal training or university studies.
• Game knowledge is an advantage. 
• It is an advantage of project manager experience. 
• Ability and passion to work in a hyperdynamic work environment where priorities often change
•  Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) at all levels within organization and external parties
•  Excellent administration skills including management of project artefacts and their traceability
• ·Excellent organizational skill
