Job Description

Tesla's Charging team is responsible for expanding charging infrastructure. As the Home Charging Developer, you'll maximize Wall Connector sales globally. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing sales programs, analyzing customer feedback and order trends, working cross-functionally to improve sales, aligning priorities with stakeholders, and managing pricing and channel strategy. You will need strong analytical skills, clear communication, ability to take ownership of projects, and cross-team coordination skills. The role requires identifying key sales blockers and implementing solutions to increase demand for the Wall Connector product.

Must have:

Maximize Wall Connector sales
Analyze customer feedback & trends
Improve sales via cross-functional initiatives
Manage pricing & channel strategy
Data analysis & insight extraction
Clear communication skills

Good to have:

Product marketing experience
Growth strategy experience
Go-to-market planning experience

What to Expect

Charging is a critical part of Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world's transition to a sustainable energy future. The Charging team is responsible for overseeing the massive expansion of charging infrastructure to support mass market electric vehicle ownership. As the Home Charging Developer, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of our Wall Connector product to residential customers globally.

What You’ll Do

Identify and implement programs to maximize Wall Connector attach rate and sale
Analyze customer feedback and order trends to identify key blockers for sales as well as actions to increase demand
Work cross-functionally to align, test, and implement initiatives to improve sales
Align on priorities with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
Manage pricing and channel strategy

What You’ll Bring

Ability to analyze data and tease out clear insights
Clear and concise communication skills
Ability to take ownership of an initiative from start to finish
Coordinate across teams to implement new programs
Novel perspective and approaches to solving problems
Preferred: Functional experience in product marketing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning or business operations.
Preferred: Industry experience in electric vehicles, energy, or home consumer electronics
Preferred: 5+ years of working experience
Preferred: Advanced degree in Business, Science, Technology or related fields
