Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitates a portfolio of multi-site (agile) projects across disciplines, managing dependencies and creating synergy to maximize collective impact on organization's strategic objectives.
• Executes critical, multi-domain innovation projects for the organization, providing clear strategic direction and ensuring alignment with diverse internal and external partners to drive the organization forward, working under limited supervision.
• Prepares and implements complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing, and strategic realization of a single end-to-end process while managing severe changes impacting multiple businesses.
• Develops a deep understanding and ability to consistently apply PMBok and SAFe methodologies, serving as a coach and resource while utilizing advanced planning techniques to ensure efficient project execution within timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
• Leads with a customer-centric mindset throughout the project lifecycle, exceeding expectations by actively incorporating customer feedback to ensure solutions effectively address identified needs.
• Demonstrates strong project management methods, relevant organizational and end-to-end process knowledge, and experience managing projects, including professional knowledge of planning methods and estimation techniques (resources, time, and risk) specific to the Design discipline.
• Identifies and assesses project risks and opportunities, developing robust mitigation strategies while fostering a culture of thoughtful risk-taking with escalation to senior management when deemed necessary.
• Utilizes advanced analytical skills to address high complexity requests efficiently, applies conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
• Negotiates agreement on and achieves project goals and objectives, monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view, focusing on maximizing project benefits and business impact.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, Project and Program Management or equivalent.
Preferred Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
Philips Project Management Certification: Project Management Practitioner

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
