1.负责PUBGMOBILE海外区域效果广告投放和渠道推广的相关工作；
2.通过对海外市场深度的研究，基于数据进行用户增长的策略制定和渠道推广，对用户增长目标和推广效率负责；
3.基于数据导向和算法优化，配合海外广告渠道特性，推动智能化投放和用户增长；
4.通过创意制作和内容营销拓展用户增长路径，进行营销资源整合及效果量化。
Requirements:
1.海内外游戏渠道投放及用户增长相关工作经验；
2.熟悉海外如Google，Facebook等用户增长渠道，具备一手的渠道投放和优化经验；
3.数据思维导向，具有数据数据分析经验和能力，熟悉海外MMP工具和渠道API；
4.内容创意能力，具有海外应用/游戏创意及落地或者国内游戏创意营销经验；
5.英语流利，可以作为工作语言，有其他小语种能力更佳。
