As a Project Manager in Customer Success at AiDASH, you will lead projects involving advanced analytics, AI, GIS strategy, and execution. You will collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and design data-driven solutions. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional engagements, translating datasets into insights, guiding SaaS implementations, and mentoring a team. You'll be working alongside experts to secure infrastructure and deliver real results. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on the planet through meaningful projects. You'll partner with sophisticated utility, energy and infrastructure leaders to solve complex business problems and design data-driven solutions. Lead complex, cross-functional engagements spanning satellite data, AI models, and geospatial strategy to ensure customer success at every phase. Guide customers through large-scale SaaS implementations and drive operational change, sustainability wins and cost efficiencies.
Good To Have:- Exposure to utilities, climate tech, infrastructure, or SaaS.
- MBA or equivalent from a Tier I institution is a plus
Must Have:- 5-12 years experience in analytics consulting or operations.
